Job Description

Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance services including: Oil and filter changes Tire rotations and tire pressure checks Battery testing and replacement Fluid inspections and top-offs Multi-point vehicle inspections Conduct basic safety and maintenance checks on vehicles Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency Properly document inspection results and recommended services Communicate findings clearly with service advisors Ensure all work is completed according to dealership/manufacturer standards Keep work area clean, organized, and safe Follow all safety procedures and company policies Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous automotive experience is a plus, but not required Basic mechanical knowledge and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Good communication and teamwork skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Lift up to 50 lbs Work in varying environmental conditions (shop setting) What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Opportunity for advancement into higher technician roles On-the-job training and development Clean and professional work environment Health, dental, and vision benefits (if applicable) Paid time off and holidays
