We also have begun a new tool bonus program, where you will be given a tool allocation of $750 every 6 months to expand your toolbox. Wilson Auto Family is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and motivated Lube Technician to join our growing service department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with vehicles, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to build a successful career in the automotive industry. As a Lube Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer vehicles are serviced efficiently and safely while helping maintain the exceptional customer experience our dealership is known for. Responsibilities Perform oil changes and routine maintenance services. Check and replace vehicle fluids, filters, wiper blades, and other maintenance items. Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and report findings accurately. Check tire pressure, rotate tires, and inspect tire condition. Assist technicians with vehicle maintenance and repair tasks as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow manufacturer and dealership procedures and quality standards. Properly document services performed and recommendations for future maintenance. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Qualifications Previous automotive experience is preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, bend, and work on vehicles for extended periods.
