Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair, with the ability to work on a variety of vehicle types. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest standards of vehicle maintenance and repair. Duties Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend solutions. Execute automotive repairs, including engine, transmission, and powertrain services. Conduct routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections. Repair and replace components in auto body repair as needed. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively and safely. Work on advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) when required. Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed. Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle's condition and necessary repairs. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the shop. Repair/Replace minor damaged vehicle body parts, lights, bumpers, mirrors, handles, etc. Qualifications Proven experience in automotive repair with a focus on diagnostics and troubleshooting. Familiarity with diesel engine repair is a plus. Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to automotive work. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance best practices and safety protocols. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Relevant certifications or training in automotive technology are preferred but not mandatory. (ASE etc...)
