Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented RV Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor acts as the link between customers and our service department, ensuring that repair and maintenance needs are clearly understood and efficiently executed. The ideal candidate is organized, has strong communication skills, and enjoys helping customers with their RV needs. Key Responsibilities Greet customers in person and over the phone in a professional and friendly manner. Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service requests. Create, explain, and review repair orders with customers. Communicate with service technicians to clarify repair details and timelines. Provide updates to customers regarding service progress and completion. Ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Handle warranty and insurance-related paperwork as needed. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and service work. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
