This role is designed to support our Service Advisor and keep the front of the shop running efficiently. Your Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and help manage the front counter with experience. Communicate with technicians, Service Advisor to keep the workflow moving Assist with estimating vehicle repairs using estimating software and mechanical knowledge Communicate and educate our customers about service recommendations and vehicle status updates per company training program. Perform sales and customer communication with honest, competent and complete presentation of necessary repair and maintenance estimates Maintain a clean, organized and professional front office.
