Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and flexible crew member. This role is essential in providing high-quality vehicle maintenance services, ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient and effective service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong learning attitude and have the ability for hands-on experience in automotive maintenance, making them an integral part of our service department.Duties:
Perform oil changes and routine vehicle maintenance services efficiently and accurately. Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete various automotive tasks. Perform a safety inspection Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with guests regarding their vehicle needs. Assist in recommendations of automotive services and products as needed. Collaborate with other technicians to ensure timely completion of services.Qualifications:
Previous experience is preferred but not required. Willingness to learn in a fast paced environment. Willing to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during vehicle service tasks. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction A proactive approach to learning new skills related to automotive service.
