September 14, 2026 Heavy truck fleet mechanic jobs in Pennsylvania or trailer inspection openings in Limerick PA. T.P. Trailers and Truck Equipment, a trusted leader in comprehensive sales and service across trailers snow removal equipment truck repair uplift and container equipment, is seeking a skilled and reliable Fleet Mechanic to join its expanding service department. This role is for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys problem solving, and wants to work in a stable family-oriented company. Day to day work includes performing maintenance diagnostics and repairs on company trucks trailers and equipment, conducting routine inspections PM services and DOT compliant safety checks, troubleshooting mechanical electrical hydraulic and brake system issues, completing work orders accurately and maintaining service records, collaborating with the service team to keep fleet vehicles operating safely and efficiently, and ensuring shop tools equipment and work areas remain clean and organized. The schedule is full-time Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. with weekly overtime available. Located in the Limerick PA area with company references also tied to Bechtelsville, enjoy access to Montgomery County and surrounding communities including Pottstown Collegeville Reading and the greater Philadelphia region. Candidates should have experience as a diesel truck or fleet mechanic with trailer experience a plus, a strong understanding of mechanical electrical and hydraulic systems, a keen sense of detail for Quality Control inspections, the ability to diagnose issues independently and complete repairs efficiently, familiarity with DOT regulations and safety standards, a valid driver's license with CDL a plus but not required, and a strong work ethic reliability and attention to detail.
