Are You a Handyman Looking for a Job? Do you enjoy fixing things, keeping things organized, and being the person, everyone can count on to get the job done? We're looking for a dependable, hands-on "Jack-of-All-Trades" to join our car dealership's Service Department! This is a great opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined, handy with tools, takes pride in their work, and enjoys a job where every day can be a little different. This position is either part-time or full-time. Part-time is approx. 20-30 hrs. per week, no benefits are included. Full time would be 40 hrs., and all listed benefits are available.

What you will do:

Daily garbage removal from all shop areas, collect tires, and sweep shop floors. Daily stocking of restrooms/handwashing stations. Weekly moving tires to collection area and clean up breakroom. Weekly maintenance of outside of buildings/lot areas.

Other duties as needed:

spot-clean windows, other floors within the dealership, and restrooms. Support facilities maintenance by reporting repairs needed for lighting, plumbing, or structural issues promptly. Always uphold safety protocols at all times by adhering to safety guidelines during cleaning and maintenance activities to prevent accidents or injuries. Support customer service efforts by maintaining a tidy environment that enhances the overall experience for visitors and staff.

Experience:

Prior janitorial or custodial experience in a commercial or automotive setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Experience with facilities maintenance or general upkeep tasks demonstrates reliability in supporting operational needs. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while following safe lifting practices is essential. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards. Customer service skills are a plus, as this role involves maintaining a welcoming environment for clients and staff alike.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliable transportation to and from work. Ability to lift to 50 lbs and perform physical labor. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Pay:
