Criminal background checks are required; pre-employment drug testing; random drug screenings will also be completed throughout employment. Experience in towing and recovery is preferred but not required; will provide in house training.

CDL Bonus Job Description:
Perform towing and road service calls. Assist in mechanic shop when towing duties are light. Calls include passenger cars, pickup trucks, SUV's, motorcycles, tractor trailers, heavy equipment, etc. Tech/Driver also provide road service assistance include but not limited to changing a flat tire, performing lockout services, fuel delivery, jump stating a vehicle, perform winch out services and recovery of vehicles involved in accidents. Inspect company vehicles and maintain all equipment in compliance with safety guideline. Maintaining a professional presence to our customers is expected.
Key Responsibilities:
Working independently. Employees will be provided uniforms and are required to wear a clean uniform while on duty and at every call. Tech/Drivers must process a high level of integrity. Company vehicles are to be kept clean, orderly, and ready to respond. Paperwork is a requirement for this position. Accuracy and legibility area a must. Paperwork will be completed for each call as will any additional paperwork. Various other duties as assigned. Arrive to work at scheduled starting time, if necessary, staying late to help complete calls in progress. Performing light to moderate service and repairs on various types of vehicles.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent, Knowledge of basic vehicle safety practices, inspection and maintenance including tire pressure, checking oil, fluid levels, and exterior vehicle lights. Basic computer and data entry skills. Experienced in towing and recovery is preferred or any equal combination of training or experience in towing, service or repairs.
Hour& Shifts:
We are 24 hours a day, 7 day a week operation. Irregular work hours, weekends, and all shifts required. Additional Details
