Duties Conduct routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, fluid replacements, tire services, and alignments to keep vehicles operating smoothly Perform minor mechanical repairs including brake inspections, suspension checks, and other mechanical repairs using hand tools and power tools Diagnose automotive issues through standard diagnostics procedures to identify necessary repairs or maintenance Assist with automotive fluid replacements, tire rotations, and basic mechanical repairs to ensure vehicle safety and performance Utilize mechanical knowledge and dealership experience to deliver quality service efficiently in a high-volume setting Support vehicle maintenance tasks that require heavy lifting or the use of specialized tools while adhering to safety protocols Provide excellent customer service by explaining maintenance needs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process Requirements Previous dealership or automotive repair shop experience is highly preferred Proven mechanic experience with a solid understanding of standard passenger car operation and automotive diagnostics Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, and electrical components Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive repair equipment Experience performing oil changes, tire services, alignments, and other routine maintenance tasks Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks required in vehicle servicing Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Knowledge of automotive fluids, fluid replacement procedures, and basic mechanical repairs is essential Join us as an Express Service Technician to accelerate your career in automotive service!
