Clearfield, PA :

A Shop Built by a Technician, For Technicians, serving our communities for 31 years. We used to be a 3-bay shop. But that's not the interesting part. The interesting part is what we grew into! We're a crew of hard-working Auto Repair Nerds in Clearfield, PA. Now 8 bays and Still growing . Two more people joined our team this past year alone. We're looking for one more technician . Here's why they stayed: What You Get (Up Front): No weekends — consistent schedule so you can have a life outside the shop Earn $60,000-$100,000+ per year Base pay of $25-$46/hour plus an aggressive, uncapped bonus structure Earn up to an additional $10/hour on every billed hour over 40 Busy shop with steady workflow — no slow days Service Advisors who can sell your recommendations Clean, organized 8-bay facility with updated equipment All specialty and diagnostic tools provided Twice-a-year performance reviews with real opportunities for raises Paid ongoing training (in-house and off-site)

The Role:

We're looking for a skilled and reliable technician who can confidently perform repairs across all vehicle systems and handle basic diagnostics and testing. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to advance their career in a professional, well-run shop.

2+ years of hands-on automotive technician experience Valid PA driver's license and PA inspection license Strong work ethic with integrity and accountability Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills Willingness to continue learning and improving your craft
