The Service Writer serves as the primary point of contact between customers and the shop, coordinating repairs, preparing estimates, scheduling work, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong mechanical knowledge of heavy-duty trucks, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
