You'll perform inspections, maintenance, general repairs, and drivability diagnostics in a clean, organized facility with seven bays, four lifts, and a four-post alignment lift . The shop services Domestic, European, Asian, and light fleet vehicles, providing variety throughout the workweek. Key Responsibilities Perform general automotive repairs and preventive maintenance Complete vehicle inspections using Tekmetric Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) Diagnose drivability concerns and assist with electrical diagnostics Perform brake, steering, suspension, and engine repairs Service Domestic, European, Asian, and light fleet vehicles Use Autel and Snap-on diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot vehicle concerns Collaborate with the Service Advisor, parts department, and Shop Manager to maintain efficient workflow Qualifications At least 3 years of recent professional automotive technician experience Strong general automotive repair and maintenance skills Basic automotive diagnostic and drivability troubleshooting skills Pennsylvania Inspection and Emissions Licenses required Experience servicing Domestic, European, and Asian vehicles Ability to work independently and collaboratively Independent repair shop experience preferred Compensation & Benefits $20-$30/hour Flexible hybrid pay structure 75% employer-paid medical insurance 3% retirement match Paid holidays Paid PTO and sick time ASE reimbursement Uniform shirts provided Employee parts discount through the onsite Carquest store How to Apply (Important) We move fast – and so should you.
