Job Description
Kyner's Auto Sales is looking for a friendly, experienced , and motivated individual to join our team as a service advisor. Kyner's is the area's largest family owned used car dealership and we have been in business for over 50 years. We offer a competitive starting salary with commission based on performance. You may earn up to $26 per hour with our commission structure. Starting pay is based on experience.
Requirements:
•MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A SERVICE ADVISOR IN THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY.
Must have and an understanding of daily operations and workflow of a dealership.Responsibilities include:
- Greet customers in our service drive-up
- Create repair orders and manage dispersal to technicians
- Create an estimate for needed repairs (parts and labor) and present to the customer for approval
- Order and bill out parts for needed repairs
- Invoice and close repair orders
- Act as a cashier in accepting payment for repairs performed
