Responsibilities:

Perform thorough inspections of tractor trailers to ensure compliance with DOT and company standards. Identify and report mechanical issues, safety hazards, and maintenance needs. Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation. Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule repairs and preventive maintenance.

Requirements:

Knowledge of DOT regulations and tractor trailer components. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Previous experience in fleet inspection or heavy vehicle maintenance preferred. Knowledge of excel a plus. Primarily outdoors in the elements. Strong communication and professionalism is expected at all times. Travel is required between satellite locations.
