Job Summary•Georgica Auto Holdings is seeking a skilled Flat Rate Technician to perform efficient and high-quality automotive repairs and maintenance services.

Compensation:

$120,000 - $180,000 annually Job Responsibilities•Diagnose and repair vehicles according to factory and dealership specifications. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks. Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify necessary repairs and maintenance. Utilize diagnostic equipment and special tools effectively to pinpoint issues. Document all repairs and services accurately and thoroughly. Communicate effectively with service advisors and parts department personnel. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures. Continuously update knowledge of automotive technology and repair techniques. Job Qualifications•High school diploma or equivalent. ASE certification(s) preferred. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Proven experience as a Flat Rate Technician in an automotive service setting. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Proficient in using automotive diagnostic equipment and tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
