Job Description

Follow all processes to properly service and maintain used vehicles
  • Maintain Pennsylvania State Inspection and Emission licenses
  • Inspect Used Vehicles according to Pennsylvania State guidelines
  • Keep proper notes and records on all used vehicle repair orders
  • Make suggestions to Service Manager to best repair used vehicles
  • Road test and ensure safety quality of completed used vehicles
  • Follow all safety procedures and utilize proper PPE
  • Maintain minimum proficiency of at least 150% bi-weekly and more to be completed with in the work day
  • Keep used vehicles in service steps under 3 days in step
  • Follow guidelines set in Stuckey Automotive Employee Handbook
  • Work closely with Production Line Supervisor, Reconditioning Service Manager, Acquisition Team, and Used Vehicle Director
  • Transport vehicles to various dealerships, vendors, or lots as needed.
  • Restock materials and notify supervisor to order more as needed
  • Follow shop layout and processes as set
  • Keep lot in an orderly fashion. Help organize lot as needed
  • Help to teach and train new hires.
  • Immediately report body damage to supervisor
  • Continue to learn new products, methods, and tools as needed
  • Follow Service Manager's dispatching process unless otherwise instructed by Acquisition Team, Used Vehicle Service Manager, or Used Vehicle Director
  • Ensure a clean and safe work area
  • Empty all trash cans in work area daily Qualifications
  • Pennsylvania State Inspection and Emission licenses
  • Valid Pennsylvania State Driver's License
  • Good attendance
  • Able to work in a team atmosphere
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Attention to detail
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
