Position Overview We're looking for a Heavy Truck Mechanic with at least 3-5 years of experience and a Class B CDL who's ready to grow their skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This position involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining all types of vehicles—light-duty cars, trucks, and medium-duty commercial units. The ideal candidate is teachable, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in a job done right. Hourly rate is determined based on experience. Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services (oil changes, fluid checks, brakes, tires, filters, etc.)
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues accurately
• Complete work orders and documentation thoroughly and on time
• Follow directions, repair procedures, and safety guidelines
• Assist senior technicians and learn new diagnostic or repair techniques
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and shop management
• Provide excellent service that reflects the values of Impact Truck & Auto Qualifications
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in automotive or truck repair (trade school counts)
• Class B CDL
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to follow repair procedures
• Must provide your own set of mechanic tools
• Valid Pennsylvania State Inspection License required (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Reliable, motivated, and hardworking
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
• Teachable attitude with a desire to grow within the company
• Strong communication and teamwork skills Preferred (Not Required)
• ASE certifications
