Join a Small Team Where Quality Work Matters Monday-Friday | 40 Hours/Week | No Weekends | Climate-Controlled Shop Are you an experienced technician looking for a better work-life balance? We're a small, family-oriented used commercial truck dealership with an 8-person team looking for an experienced Auto Technician/Mechanic who takes pride in doing quality work. We aren't a high-pressure flat-rate shop, and we believe your evenings and weekends belong to you. If you're tired of dealership politics, mandatory Saturdays, or unrealistic production expectations, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for. What You'll Work On We specialize in preparing commercial trucks for resale. You'll work on a variety of vehicles including: Ford and Chevrolet trucks (our primary focus) Occasional Dodge trucks ½-ton, ¾-ton, and 1-ton pickups Box trucks Flatbeds Dump trucks Gas & Diesel Every truck is different, so the work stays interesting and challenging. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical concerns Perform routine maintenance and preventive service Repair/replace brakes, steering, suspension, cooling systems, drivetrains, and engines Work on both gasoline and diesel-powered trucks Perform inspections and identify repairs needed before vehicles are offered for sale Occasional light hydraulic system repairs and troubleshooting Help ensure every truck leaving our dealership is reliable and ready for its next owner We're Looking For Someone Who Has PA Safety & Emissions Inspection License Has professional automotive or diesel technician experience Is comfortable working on both gas and diesel trucks Can diagnose problems and work independently Can lift 80lbs Must have a Valid Drivers License Takes pride in quality workmanship Is dependable, honest, and enjoys working as part of a small team Has experience with light truck service and repair Hydraulic experience is a bonus Why Our Techs Like Working Here ✔ Monday through Friday schedule ✔ No weekends ✔ Consistent 40-hour work week ✔ Climate-controlled shop ✔ Hydraulic lifts in both service bays ✔ Small team where you're treated with respect ✔ Variety of work—not the same repair every day ✔ No customer-facing service advisor pressure ✔ Opportunity to make an impact in a growing dealership Compensation & Benefits We offer competitive pay based on experience and are looking for someone who wants to become a long-term part of our team.
