JOB REQUIREMENTS

Automotive Service Technician -- Vehicle Maintenance Mechanic As an Automotive Service Technician, you must have strong mechanical skills, solid organizational skills and a high degree of attention to detail. It is also important that you have excellent communication skills and the ability to explain repairs to customers in a friendly and understandable manner. Specific qualifications for the Automotive Service Technician position include: 10 year experience with vehicle repairs; ASE certifications desired but not required. We also offer free online and classroom tech-training program. Technicians can receive merit increases with course completions and ASE certifications .We also reimburse for passing ASE tests. Experience using store equipment such as lifts, welders, scanners Own set of tools and/or willingness to participate in company's tool purchase program Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Availability to work a flexible schedule to cover store hours, including Saturdays At least 18 years of age Valid driver's license
