Oversee major jobs:
transmissions, drivability, electrical, and engine rebuilds. Mentor and support mid-level and entry-level technicians. Ensure shop quality standards and efficiency stay top-notch. What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician. Master-level skillset, ideally ASE Certified. Proven ability in advanced diagnostics and leadership. Strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanship. Team-oriented, but confident making tough calls.
