Automotive Service Advisor / Assistant Service Manager (ASM) Join a High-Volume Toyota Dealership Team Toyota of Glen Mills is looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Service Advisor / Assistant Service Manager to join our award-winning service team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career with one of the area's busiest Toyota dealerships. We have a large, loyal customer base, consistent daily traffic, and the support systems in place to help our advisors succeed. Compensation$70,000 - $100,000+ per year Competitive performance-based pay plan with significant earning potential for motivated professionals. What You'll Do Deliver an outstanding customer experience from check-in through vehicle delivery. Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair requests. Recommend maintenance and repairs based on manufacturer guidelines and technician inspections. Build trust through honest communication and transparent recommendations. Coordinate repairs with technicians to ensure timely, quality service. Keep customers informed throughout the repair process. Prepare estimates and explain repairs in a clear, professional manner. Help maintain industry-leading customer satisfaction scores. Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment. Qualifications Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred. Toyota dealership experience is a plus but not required. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
