Job Overview Experienced Automotive Refinish Technician with 3 years minimum experience. Are you someone who is dedicated to his craft of producing high quality work. You won't be on an island by yourself, you'll work closely with our staff to produce high quality work that you can be proud off Duties Prepare vehicle surfaces meticulously through sanding, masking, grinding, and surface cleaning to ensure optimal paint adhesion Apply primers, paints, coatings, and clear coats Conduct auto buffing and polishing to enhance vehicle appearance and restore original luster Follow safety protocols by using appropriate respiratory protection and handling paints and chemicals responsible Qualifications Proven dealership or automotive repair shop experience with a strong background in automotive refinishing Skilled in surface preparation, masking techniques, sanding, buffing, and painting using spray guns Familiarity with automotive buffing, detailing, auto painting, auto glass replacement, and surface preparation masking techniques Knowledge of automotive paints, coatings, primers, and finishing products along with proper use of respiratory protection equipment Ability to work efficiently in a team environment while maintaining high standards of quality workmanship Join us to elevate your career in automotive refinishing!
