Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Mechanic to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of our fleet of equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on equipment, including UTVs, tactors, trailers, and passenger vehicles.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using automotive diagnostic tools.
• Operate heavy equipment, including forklifts and aerial lifts.
• Ensure all equipment is properly inspected and maintained to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve fleet maintenance goals.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed.
• Work in a closed environment.
• Work in all weather conditions when needed.
• Perform routine checks on air brake systems to ensure proper functioning.
• Ensure shop area and equipment are clean.

Skills:

• Proficiency in equipment repair and maintenance.
• Experience with Diesel vehicle operation and trailers.
• Knowledge of automotive repair and diagnostics.
• Familiarity with air brake systems and their proper functioning.
• Must be willing and able to get CDL.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.

Job Type:
