Your Role:

Greet customers warmly and professionally, establishing rapport and understanding their vehicle needs Build trust and long term relationships Prepare detailed estimates using estimating software, including parts, labor, and additional repairs (software training provided) Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of work Manage service write-ups, process transactions including cash handling, and maintain accurate records of all service activities Communicate effectively with clients regarding vehicle status, repair options, and pricing to enhance customer satisfaction Qualifications Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills Organized, detail oriented, and tech-savvy 2-4 years of customer-facing experience, 5-10 years preferred Office administration, retail or hospitality backgrounds are strong assets Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license Ability to handle cash and POS transactions efficiently.
