Previous experience as a service advisor, service writer, or in automotive customer service Strong communication skills , you know how to listen first and explain second Comfortable juggling multiple customers , techs, and repair orders without dropping the ball Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair The ability to break down technical issues in a way customers actually understand, no jargon, no runaround Experience with shop management software is a plus Valid driver's license preferred You believe honesty builds trust faster than any sales pitch ever could BUT… if you're looking for a place to coast, this isn't it.
