Auto Mechanic — Part-Time /
Full-Time Job Type:
Part-Time or Full-Time Experience:
Required We are looking for a reliable, experienced Auto Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on automotive repair experience, basic to advanced mechanical knowledge, and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot customer vehicle concerns. The right candidate should be dependable, responsible, able to work independently, and comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment. Responsibilities Perform automotive maintenance, repairs, and services Diagnose and troubleshoot customer vehicle concerns Inspect vehicles and accurately identify needed repairs Perform quality work efficiently and in a timely manner Use diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and power tools Communicate professionally with customers and team members Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow shop safety procedures and proper repair practices Work independently with minimal supervision Clearly communicate additional repairs or concerns discovered during inspections Requirements Previous professional automotive repair experience is required Strong understanding of automotive systems and basic mechanical principles Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose vehicle problems Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Must be dependable, responsible, and punctual Ability to work independently and manage assigned work Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Must have your own basic set of automotive tools necessary to perform the expected work Ability to safely operate automotive shop equipment Valid driver's license required ASE certifications are a plus but not required Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is experienced, dependable, hardworking, and takes pride in their work . You should be able to diagnose problems, complete repairs correctly, and work independently without constant supervision.
