What You'll Do Diagnose and repair fleet vehicles, including chassis and spray system components (tanks, pumps, hoses) Maintain and service small engines, tractors, forklifts, and lawn care equipment Execute preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment life Respond to field breakdowns and perform on-site repairs as needed Track all work in a digital maintenance management system Manage parts inventory and maintain a clean, organized shop Coordinate with vendors for outsourced repairs and ensure quality work Support maintenance planning and cost control What You Bring 5+ years of mechanic experience (fleet, automotive, diesel, or equipment) Strong diagnostic skills across mechanical and hydraulic systems Ability to work independently and take ownership of your work Experience with small engines or commercial equipment preferred Basic computer skills (work orders, tracking systems, etc.) Valid driver's license DOT certification (or ability to obtain) Physical & Work Environment Mix of shop and field work Regular lifting, bending, and hands-on repair work Occasional outdoor work responding to breakdowns Benefits Competitive pay: $28
