Up to $100K+ Annually Position Summary We are hiring a skilled B Level Automotive Technician for a well-established independent repair shop in Harrisburg, PA. Key Responsibilities Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on domestic, Asian, and select European vehicles Complete brake, steering, suspension, and general mechanical repairs Conduct vehicle inspections and accurately document findings using digital inspection software Utilize scan tools and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot vehicle concerns Collaborate with service advisors and team members to ensure quality customer service Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Assist in mentoring and supporting apprentice-level technicians as needed Follow ASE-certified repair procedures and shop quality standards Qualifications 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic Strong understanding of brakes, steering, suspension, and general repair work Basic diagnostic and troubleshooting skills required ASE Certifications preferred or willingness to obtain certifications Pennsylvania State Inspection License
REQUIRED
Experience using scan tools and digital vehicle inspection systems is a plus Valid driver's license Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to continue learning Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay plus production bonuses•$20•$25/hr Base + Production Bonuses Production incentives: +$1/hr at 80% productivity +$3/hr at 90% productivity +$5/hr at 100% productivity +$8/hr at 110% productivity
