Morning weekend shifts
Pay:
$15/hr plus service charge
Responsibilities:
Car Service Safely transport hotel guests and members to and from designated locations. Ensure vehicle cleanliness, safety, and routine maintenance checks. Follow all traffic laws and company transportation policies. Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage and personal belongings. Maintain accurate trip logs and fill out car service chits Follow all rules and house policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook. Other duties are to be determined. Bellman Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure. Assist guests with luggage handling, storage, and transportation. Shuttle guests back and forth from the Lodge, Golf Club and Lafayette complex Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel amenities and services. Respond quickly and professionally to guest inquiries and special requests. Ensure a positive first and last impression for all guests.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. A positive and welcoming attitude. Must stand for long periods of time (4 hours). Must be able to lift 10 pounds to help with carrying food or drink trays. Must be able to go up and down stairs
