Description Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues in air compressor systems. Perform preventive maintenance on air compressors, including checking filters, oil levels, belts, and pressure settings. Conduct troubleshooting to identify malfunctions and find solutions for air compressor systems. Replace faulty components such as valves, seals, bearings, and pistons. Conduct air quality tests and adjust pressure and temperature settings to ensure proper functionality. Install new air compressor systems and components as per manufacturer guidelines. Test new equipment and ensure it operates correctly before full implementation. Assist in the set-up of compressor systems in customer facilities, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
