The ideal candidate will be very comfortable interacting with the general public and providing a welcoming and positive first impression when customers arrive for their appointments. Strong computer and phone abilities, along with automotive knowledge is a preferred. Pay will be commensurate with experience and background.

Responsibilities Include:

Checking in customers for appointments and performing video walkarounds. Scheduling Service Appointments in person and over the phone, as well as answering inbound calls from customers regarding the status of the vehicle repair. Writing up repair orders for the technicians, with attention to detail regarding customer concerns and vehicles maintenance needs. Verifying open recalls or past due service on customer vehicles. Contacting customers to explain service work performed and obtain authorization to complete repairs as needed. Explaining charges and services performed to the customer either over the phone, digitally, or in person. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
