Truck & Auto Service Advisor Full-time position available: 9 am-5:30 pm shift. We are in need of a well-organized, honest, customer service oriented service admin to join our team. A successful service admin will have a positive and outgoing personality, and a dedication to honesty and fairness.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers. 2. Obtain customer and vehicle information. 3. Schedule customer appointments. 4. Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts. 5. Order parts. 6. Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently. 7. Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order. 8. Service advisor is responsible for coordinating and scheduling mechanics on a day-to-day basis.
