What we are looking for:

Service management or advisor experience. Strong people and communication skills. Comfortable with dealership software and technology. Ability to lead, motivate, and grow a team. Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented. Someone who takes pride in customer service and operational success.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the Service and Parts Departments. Lead and support advisors, technicians, and parts personnel. Improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Help continue growing a strong fixed operations department. Work closely with dealership leadership to improve processes and performance.
