Description McCartney RV Repair Center is looking for a motivated, hands-on individual to join our team as a Full-Time RV Technician. No formal schooling or certifications are required — we are willing to train and help you grow your skills. If you enjoy working with tools, solving problems, and tackling a wide variety of repair tasks, this job could be a great fit. What You'll Do You'll work on camper trailers and motor homes, assisting with: Roof repairs and installations
Refrigerators, water heaters, and water pumps
Electrical panels and basic wiring
Plumbing lines and fixtures
Jack systems
Inverters and converters
Installation or repair of flooring
Mobile repair service in the local area Who We're Looking For Comfortable using basic hand tools
Able to work in tight spaces, outdoors, or on ladders
Experience in construction, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC is helpful but not required
Willing to learn new skills every day
Must hold a valid PA Class C driver's license (Passenger endorsement required) Schedule & Pay Full-time; 40 hours per week
