Description McCartney RV Repair Center is a small, dependable local business that supports the recreation and camping community in the Raystown Lake region. We are looking for a General Repair & Maintenance Assistant to help with day-to-day repair tasks, basic maintenance, and shop support. This is a hands-on role with training provided, making it a great opportunity for anyone who enjoys practical work and learning new skills. No formal experience or schooling is required — just a willingness to work, learn, and be part of a friendly team. What You'll Do You'll help with a variety of simple repair, service, and maintenance tasks on campers and trailers, including: Assisting with general repairs and parts replacements
Helping with small electrical or plumbing tasks after training
Light troubleshooting and checking simple systems
Basic shop duties such as organizing tools, preparing materials, or helping with customer service tasks
