Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools and schematics to identify issues accurately across various vehicle systems. Conduct repairs and maintenance on powertrain components, including engines, transmissions, and diesel engines, ensuring optimal performance. Repair and replace vehicle suspension systems, alignments, and electrical wiring diagrams interpretation to restore safety and functionality. Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently for tasks such as welding, vehicle transmission system repair, and general mechanical work. Inspect and service automotive electrical systems, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), and other vehicle systems to meet manufacturer standards. Document repair procedures thoroughly, provide accurate auto estimating for repairs, and communicate findings clearly to customers. Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Qualifications Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong background in automotive repair. Proficiency in automotive diagnostics, schematics interpretation, and electrical system troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with vehicle maintenance including powertrain repairs, suspension system repair, and transmission work. Mechanical knowledge complemented by familiarity with automotive wiring diagrams and electronic systems such as ADAS. Skilled in using automotive diagnostic tools, hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment effectively. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to clearly explain technical issues to clients.
