Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 1.Daily status updates to every customer and using the approved tool we have to contact customers where it records phone calls and keeps track of texts 2.The DESIRE to get FAST Approvals for additional sales - eg: advising the customer at write up it is imperative when I reach out with your multi-point video and approvals that you are responsive or your vehicle will get pushed back. 3. The ability to overcome objections, doing assumptive closings, building value in what they are recommending etc. not an order taker 4. Quick and Efficient with paperwork and closing RO's as they are completed not days later. 5. Wants to provide superior customer service and understands the importance of going above and beyond for the customer. 6. High energy, can handle 15-20 new RO's a day and still follow up with carry overs. 7. Wants to be the best!.

MUST HAVE NEW CAR DEALERSHIP AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE WRITER / SERVICE ADVISOR EXPERIENCE!
