Join Great Valley Auto Repair as an Automotive Service Advisor, where you'll be the vital link between our customers and our skilled technicians. In this dynamic role, you will ensure a seamless service experience while helping our clients maintain their vehicles with confidence.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs with a friendly and professional demeanor. Provide accurate parts and labor estimates and explain repair options and recommendations clearly. Manage service appointments and maintain organized service schedules. Communicate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Maintain a clean and welcoming service area for customers. Utilize automotive service software to track customer history and service records.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role. Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using automotive service software. High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive certifications are a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Customer-focused attitude with a passion for the automotive industry.
