Our dedicated team of automotive enthusiasts works on a wide range of vintage vehicles, restoring them to their former glory. We are seeking a skilled Classic Car Automotive Technician to join our team and help us maintain our commitment to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
Job Description:
As a Classic Car Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and restoring classic vehicles. You will work on a variety of makes and models, utilizing your expertise to ensure that each car meets our high standards of performance and aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in classic cars. Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, brake services, and tune-ups. Execute repairs and restorations, including engine rebuilds, transmission work, and suspension overhauls. Restore and refurbish vintage interiors and exteriors, including upholstery, paint, and chrome. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion and customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols. Stay up-to-date with automotive technology and classic car restoration techniques.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an automotive technician, with a strong focus on classic cars. Proficient in using diagnostic tools and automotive repair equipment. Knowledge of vintage automotive systems, including carburetors, points, and mechanical systems. Strong attention to detail and a passion for classic vehicles. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality workmanship. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
