Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on a variety of vehicles, including light-duty cars and heavy equipment Conduct engine repairs, including diesel engine troubleshooting and powertrain servicing Repair and maintain automotive suspension systems, shocks & struts, brakes, and steering components Utilize schematics, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately Service vehicle systems such as ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), electrical systems, and air brakes Perform routine maintenance tasks like oil changes, tire service, wheel alignments, and vehicle inspections Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and mechanical knowledge to complete repairs efficiently Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction Requirements Proven dealership or automotive repair industry experience with a strong mechanical background Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostics tools Experience working with transmissions, powertrain components, and mechanical systems repair Skilled in automotive suspension system repair, alignment procedures, and tire services Familiarity with diesel mechanics, ADAS technology, air brake systems, and heavy equipment mechanics is preferred Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical repair tools safely and effectively Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence Valid certifications or experience in auto body repair or auto estimating is a plus Join us to enjoy a rewarding career where your expertise is appreciated!
