Springfield Hyundai is looking for an experienced Service Advisor/Service Writer to join our high-volume dealership! We offer a team of highly skilled technicians to work alongside, as well as a well tenured dealership staff overall.

Job Description/Requirements:

Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner Assist in scheduling appointments; obtain customers information as well as their vehicle's information Follow up with customers based on their needs, keep customers updated with progress of their vehicles Communicate with technicians about necessary and recommended repairs Explain the maintenance that is required, and assist in customers' understanding of the maintenance as well as its importance Promote the sales of service, parts, and accessories by thoroughly understanding the product and associated service requirements Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index rating within manufacturer standards Establish and Maintain customer rapport for repeat and referral business Maintain clean neat work area Provide any information required to extended warranty companies: estimates, images, parts and labor pricing, etc. Experience in a similar position is recommended. Experience in a new car dealership is recommended.
