Piazza Honda of Springfield is looking for an individual with excellent customer service skills to fill our part-time Cashier role . The individual needs to be passionate about providing a high level of customer service while creating continued brand loyalty. The ideal candidate will possess a high energy level, a positive attitude, strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Phone skills are essential.

Schedule:

Every Saturday 20-25 hours per week

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE RECEPTIONIST/CASHIER

(include but are not limited to): Cash handling and responsible for settling daily transactions Setting appointments of customers Answering phones and directing the calls to the right department Excellent interpersonal skills with an upbeat engaging attitude Excellent verbal communication and pleasant demeanor Ability to work under pressure and keep a calm and positive body language to reassure customers Administrative support, such as scanning, for both the Service and Parts Department Other administrative support, as needed

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE
