KAG is looking to hire an Automotive Technician for our Hyundai store with a Valid PA State Inspection and Emissions certification. Hyundai Certified and/or ASE Certification a plus! Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as an Automotive Technician, where your mechanical expertise and passion for vehicle repair will drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using schematics, automotive diagnostics tools, and electronic testing equipment to identify issues accurately. Conduct repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems such as engines, transmissions, electrical systems, brakes, steering, suspension, and alignments. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive service tools to complete repairs efficiently. Work with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) technology to calibrate and repair driver-assist features. Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems. Maintain detailed service records and communicate repair findings clearly to team members and customers. Ensure all work meets safety standards and adheres to manufacturer specifications for quality assurance. Qualifications Required 2 years of recent automotive technician experience Valid PA State Inspection and Emissions Licenses (required) Hyundai Certified, Master Technician, and/or 3 or more Valid ASE Certifications a plus Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods of time Valid Driver's License required MUST own your own tools •Terms and conditions apply.
