Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined Powersports Vehicle Assembler / Set-Up Technician to join our service team. In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly, inspection, and preparation of new powersports vehicles—including motorcycles, ATVs and UTVs for customer delivery.

Responsibilities:

Assemble new units per manufacturer specifications and guidelines. Inspect, test, and verify proper operation of all mechanical and electrical components. Install accessories and upgrades as requested. Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) on all assembled units. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and the Sales Team regarding vehicle status. Assist in maintaining service records and documentation. Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

Mechanical aptitude and a strong understanding of powersports vehicles. Previous experience in assembly, mechanical work, or powersports service is preferred but not required—willing to train the right candidate. Ability to work independently and with precision. Basic tool set required; specialty tools provided by the dealership. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment. Valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement preferred (or willingness to obtain).
