Service & Parts Advisor - Whittaker Ford Whittaker Ford is looking for an experienced Service & Parts Advisor to join our team. This is a hybrid position handling responsibilities on both the service and parts sides of the dealership.

Responsibilities include:

Write service repair orders and communicate with customers Schedule service and provide repair updates Sell recommended maintenance and repairs Look up, order, receive, and bill parts Work directly with technicians to keep repairs moving Handle warranty and internal repair orders as needed Maintain accurate parts inventory and documentation

Requirements:

Dealership experience in BOTH service and parts is required Strong customer service and communication skills Automotive parts and repair knowledge Experience with dealership DMS systems preferred Organized, dependable, and able to handle a fast-paced environment Full-time position at Whittaker Ford in Williamson, NY. Competitive pay based on experience.

Pay:

$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
