Overview Join our dynamic team as an Express Lube Technician and become a vital part of delivering quick, reliable vehicle maintenance services. In this energetic role, you will perform essential automotive fluid changes, tire services, and basic inspections to keep vehicles running smoothly. Your expertise will help ensure customer satisfaction through efficient service and professional care, all while working in a fast-paced environment that values your mechanical skills and enthusiasm for automotive repair. Responsibilities Conduct oil changes, fluid top-offs, and filter replacements efficiently while maintaining high quality standards Perform tire rotations, tire replacements, and wheel alignments to optimize vehicle safety and performance Assist with basic vehicle inspections to identify maintenance needs or potential issues Use hand tools and power tools safely to perform maintenance tasks accurately and swiftly Maintain cleanliness of work area and properly dispose of used parts and fluids in compliance with safety regulations Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions confidently Support additional maintenance tasks such as brake inspections, battery checks, and light mechanical repairs as needed Experience Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred Proven mechanic experience with a solid understanding of automotive diagnostics and mechanical systems Familiarity with vehicle maintenance procedures including oil changes, tire service, alignments, and basic repairs Hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly Previous service technician experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Join us to accelerate your career in automotive service!
