Our Service advisor is the interface between the customer and the technicians and is responsible for pulling everyone together as a team. You will own the customer experience. =>
WHAT YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL LOOK LIKE
<= 1. Ensure sales and gross profit goals are met, maintaining optimal inventory levels and overseeing shop workflow for efficiency and quality. 2. Implement and manage business plans to achieve financial goals and continuous improvement. 3. Write estimates for well-planned work that will benefit our customers and can be performed properly and efficiently with high quality results. 4. Sell automotive service, parts, repairs, and diagnostics while maintaining average gross profit targets or better. 5. Schedule customer's vehicles, verify upcoming appointments, follow up on missed appointments, work to get the needed number of vehicles scheduled each day and week. 6. Manage workflow, assign technicians work, follow up on that work and keep work constantly moving in the shop. 7. Build positive relationships with other staff members, supervisors, customers, and vendors. 8. Perform quality DVI checks on completed vehicles as a second set of eyes to ensure we deliver top quality to our customers. 9. Organize and maintain all aspects of work in a timely manner to maximize production and efficiency.
This will include:
estimates, sales, workflow, arranging deliveries, assigning work, and other job related responsibilities. 10. Oversee building maintenance, security, and manage daily operations, including cash handling and reporting. 11. Review sales, production and other reports each morning, develop and implement a plan to keep business on track to achieving exceptional customer service, productions, sale and profit goals. 12. Five Day work week -Day off during the week - No Sundays! =>
