for you! We're seeking a dynamic Mobile Technician to join our team! In this vital role, you'll travel to various job sites to perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a diverse fleet of vehicles. Your expertise will keep our operations running smoothly, ensuring safety, efficiency, and reliability. Duties Conduct routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles. Diagnose mechanical issues using schematics, automotive diagnostics tools, and electrical testing devices. Perform repairs on diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulics systems, suspensions, air brakes, shocks & struts, HVAC systems. Fabricate parts or modify equipment using welding, soldering, power tools, hand tools, and fabrication techniques to meet operational needs. Maintain detailed service records for each piece of equipment including maintenance logs and repair histories. Assist in tire service, heavy lifting tasks, assembly of parts components, and general equipment repair to ensure optimal performance. Adhere to safety standards and protocols while working on-site or in the shop environment; ensure all work complies with industry regulations. Requirements Proven technician experience with vehicle maintenance. Dealership experience highly preferred for familiarity with manufacturer-specific systems such as RAM or Ford. Strong knowledge of automotive repair including transmissions, brake repair, wheel alignment, hydraulics, suspension systems, and diesel engine repair. Ability to read schematics and technical manuals accurately; proficient in electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering irons and other fabrication tools. Valid driver's license with the ability to perform heavy lifting safely. Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with team members and clients when needed. Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly; comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
