Job Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as a Tire and Lube Technician, where your skills will drive customer satisfaction and vehicle performance! In this energetic role, you'll be the go-to expert for tire services, oil changes, and basic mechanical repairs. Your enthusiasm for automotive maintenance will help keep vehicles running smoothly and safely, ensuring our customers hit the road with confidence. Duties Perform tire replacements, rotations, balancing, and repairs with precision and care Conduct oil changes and fluid replacements using standard procedures and power tools Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as brake inspections, alignment inspection, and minor mechanical repairs Support automotive service operations by maintaining cleanliness of work area and ensuring safety protocols are followed Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance when appropriate Lift heavy tires and vehicle components safely to prevent injury while completing repairs efficiently Qualifications 2+ years of experience required Mechanical knowledge of standard passenger cars and basic automotive systems required Experience with fluid replacement, tire service, and minor mechanical repairs beneficial Familiarity with hand tools and power tools necessary for daily tasks Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work comfortably in a physically demanding environment Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance procedures such as oil changes, brake inspections, and general repairs Join us to be part of a team that values energetic professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional automotive care!
